The legend of the silverfish and the fisherman by Maya

(not based on Vietnamese legend but entirely from Maya's imagination)

Once upon a time there was a fisherman. He was a very good fisher. There was this legend called the legend of the silverfish. Apparently everybody did not know the legend was true; some thought it was fake. But it was actually true! The fisherman’s boss wanted to see if the legend of the silverfish was true. So the boss told the fisherman to go out and catch the silverfish. So the fisherman went out to try and catch the silverfish. But in an hour he had to come back. The hour passed and he had only caught goldfish. When he came in his boss was very mad at him. The fisherman blurted out “It’s not true! There is no silverfish!” So the fisherman went out to enjoy himself and catch fish. He caught a rainbow of fish and at the very last minute the very last fish he caught was the silverfish.
